Every bullet will react with every chamber a little differently. Chambers are cut a little differently from manufacturer to manufacturer, and that includes the lead in to the rifling. Some bullets may not work, it is a trial and error scenario. Bullet depth in the case can make all the difference. Just be careful not to exceed minimum length. That is where the burn chamber within the cartridge gets too small and excessive pressures can occur. Minimum cartridge lengths are listed in Modern Reloading Second Edition by Richard Lee, relative to bullet weight and powder.
