Here are a few things to check on your powder measure if it isn't dropping powder on a progressive press:
1) Check that the hopper valve is on,
2) Check that when the lever is fully raised there is tension on the chain,
3) If you have a Pro Auto Disk, make sure the disk is moving all the way back to pick up the charge, and fully forward to drop the charge.
