New, unfired with no crimp shells are readily available. These shells require a little finesse to load properly. Specifically on station 4, it requires the crimp starter to be lowered more slowly on the shell and a pause for 5 seconds at the bottom of the stroke to allow the folds to take a "set."
On new, unfired with no crimp shells, re-install the sizer ring before the crimp start on station 4. This provides support on the shell to prevent the bulge above the brass.
