If a die has "pick-up", where brass is stuck to the carbide insert, or is galling cases, remove the decapper pin and scrub the insert with a stiff bore brush until clean. This can happen with brand new brass or brass that is too clean. It is better to run brass that has soot on it from firing rather than perfectly clean, as the soot acts like a lubricant.
