Bulged Rifle cases

No standard resizing die can re-size the entire case. There is a shell holder that is an eighth inch tall, that amount of the case can not enter the die, so it is not resized. At the bottom of the die, there is a radius which leads the cartridge into the case and prevents shaving the brass. This take about another 1/8" that is not sized. If your case has been blown out excessively below where the die contacts the case. We have nothing to correct the problem.
