You may have lead galling on the underside of your sprue plate. If you remove the sprue from the mold block you should be able to sand or file the lead galling from the plate. You may also need to dress the top of the mold blocks lightly also if there is galling present there. Then clean you molds with a good de-greaser and make sure the mold faces are absolutely clean. Then lube the mold pins and groove and do not forget to lube the hinge bolt of the sprue. Re-lube the mold before each molding session. Smoke the mold cavities well so that you get good bullet release. Its also a good idea to re-smoke the cavities before each session.
