Symptom: Case inserter stops before reaching the shell press holder
Fix: The #8 phillps screw underneath the slide rail that holds it down is too tight. The Phillips screw is right next to to the lug on the casting that the tube support mounts. Loosen it a 1/4 turn, and see if that allows the case inserter to come all the way to center.
