The pull out rib on the Load Master is machined to a uniform edge. The paint wears off this machined edge shortly after the press is put into operation so paint loss is normal.
To prevent damaging your indexer flipper, be sure to keep the frame lubricated at the pull out rib with STP motor treatment. While you have the STP motor treatment handy, be sure to lubricate the underside of the shell plate carrier arm.
