- Mount the press to a solid bench using 1/4" or 5/16" inch bolts.
- Install the lever.
- Install the primer deflector plate using a #8 self tapping screw.
- Install the spent primer tube to the bottom of the press.
- Install the primer arm into the slot in the ram. Even if you prime off the press, you should keep a primer arm in the ram so it directs your spent primer to the waste tube.
- Install the shell holder in the top of the ram.
- Install the breech lock bushing into the top of the press frame.
You are ready to load. Install the dies as per the instructions provided.
