If you are having issues dispensing primers into the primer arm cup, or primers falling on the floor, you may have the wrong Safety Prime bracket installed on to your press column. For presses produced before year 2016, you will need a black Safety Prime bracket installed. For presses produced in year 2016 and newer, you will need a white Safety Prime bracket installed.
If you are unsure of version, you can measure between the pin that is installed into the ram up to the opening of the ram slot that your shell holder installs into. See measurements in light greeen to identify your press manufacture date.
