If using Lee X-Press shell holder #19 for resizing my 9mm cases on the Lee APP, you need to lube 9mm cases to prevent ram damage when using the X-press shellholder. 9mm is a tapered case and difficult to resize, even with carbide die. A cheap spray lube like "one shot " works well.
