The dents that appear on cases are called lube dents. They are caused by using too much lube on the cases when you resize them. A very tight seal is formed inside the die when you size a case and the lube can't get out of the way fast enough and the dents are made in the case. When you lube a rifle case for sizing lube the case side from where the shoulders begin down to the ejector groove and inside the case neck. The marks in your cases are cosmetic only. It is completely safe to reload the cases and the dents will disappear upon firing.
