Replace Z bar on Pro 1000 with new style Return Spring (Replaces TR2452A Standard Z Bar and TR2452B Bent Z Bar)

Effective April 1, 2019, the TR2452A Standard Z bars and TR2452B Bent Z bars (used with 10mm, 400 Cor Bon, 45 ACP, 45 Colt and 45 Gap) have been discontinued on the Pro 1000. Below are parts required and instructions for upgrading Case Slider to the Spring style found on our Auto Breech Lock Pro reloading press.

Pro 1000 with red base

Parts required:

TR2160 Modified Classic Turret Press Column (includes spring attach)

PR3691 (Spring Attach)

PR2118 Case Feed Spring
FT2886 Column Bolt

5 tube case feed

Instructions:

1. Remove Turret Ring, 5/16" Column Bolts (qty. 3). Lift off Turret Ring and set aside.
2. Remove Right Front Column, Z-Bar Attach, Z-Bar Attach Spring and Z-Bar.
3. Install new Column with Spring Attach on top.
4. Re-install Turret Ring.
5. Install new Column Bolt through the new Column and Spring Attach.
6. Hook Case Feed Spring on one end of the Spring Attach, and the other end to the rear hole of the short or tall case slider block.
