Mid-February we discovered an issue with the 2023 Pro 1000 with red tool head. The shell plate tips and doesn't support while priming or the driven clutch breaks.
We have a fix available for this issue, you may send the press into us for us to install, or contact us and we can send you the part (TR3292) to do the upgrade. Please see attached instructions on installing the fix.
