1. Mount the press to a solid bench using quarter inch or five-sixteenth inch bolts.
2. Install the lever.
3. Install the primer deflector plate using a #8 self tapping screw.
4. Install the spent primer tube to the bottom of the press.
5. Install the primer arm into the slot in the ram.
6. Install the shell holder in the top of the ram.
7. Install the breech lock bushing into the top of the press frame.
You are ready to load. Install the dies as per the instructions provided.
