We have been notified some customer's have received a bent bracket, or are experiencing indexing issues with the bracket underneath the tool head that the Safety Prime hangs on.
As a fix, we have a bearing clamp # TP5882 and bolt # FT5530 available that can be installed on the press to suck the bracket tight to the tool head. Contact Lee Precision for parts.
